St. Modwen has had a flying start to 2010 with four new deals at its Brighton Office Campus. The UK’s leading regeneration specialist has completed deals for space totaling almost 10,000 sq ft at the site, building on the success it enjoyed in 2009.

The deals include three new lettings to Red Square Services, Resolve Security and Visual Acuity and one sale to Fire Brigades Union. They point to a return of confidence in the local office market around Brighton and potentially a more positive 2010 for the industry.

Nick Kay, development director at St. Modwen, said: “It’s fantastic to see the recent good interest being converted into deals at Brighton Office Campus. Occupiers are clearly recognising the benefits of this well-located site, the high quality of the buildings and the affordable and flexible letting and purchase proposals we are offering. It’s excellent news for the local economy that the site is proving so popular.”

Woodingdean Business Park comprises 75,000 sq ft of office and industrial accommodation and is situated two miles from the A27. Brighton Office Campus is the third of six development phases at the Business Park. Phase four at the Park has planning consent for 12,000 sq ft of industrial space; phases five and six will later be available for up to 50,000 sq ft of offices or industrial.
