Further letting success at Kempton Point

Redman Heenan Properties Ltd, the investment subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has let a further 800 sq m (8,622 sq ft) of refurbished office accommodation at Kempton Point, Sunbury-on-Thames, at a record rent for the 3,344 sq m (36,000 sq ft) building.

Baker Hughes Ltd, the UK arm of American oil and gas services company Baker Hughes Inc., has taken a ten-year lease, with a five-year break, at an annual rent of £20.75 per sq ft.

Charles Evans of St Modwen, said: “The record rent proves the strength of the market in the M3 corridor. The letting to Baker Hughes also further strengthens the tenant line-up within the building and continues the pattern of consistent demand over the past 18 months.or so.”

The second floor (401 sq m /4,322 sq ft) and eighth floor ( 200 sq m /2,151 sq ft) are currently available to let.
