Further lettings at Wigan Enterprise Park

St Modwen Ventures, an investment subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has let more than half of the refurbished 1,022 sq m (11,000 sq ft) Enterprise House office building on its 33-acre Wigan Enterprise Park to two tenants.

Parkman has taken a five-year lease on 322 sq m (3,465 sq ft) at £14,200 per annum and another 370 sq m (3,985 sq ft) of accommodation on the ground floor has been leased to Tritech Rail Ltd on a five-year lease at £15,936 per annum. In addition, Aidept Ltd has extended its warehousing space on the park from 372 sq m (4,000 sq ft) to 1,022 sq m (11,000 sq ft) on a new three-year

lease at an annual rent of £21,000. New View Window Systems Ltd has also agreed a five-year lease on 548 sq m (5,900 sq ft) at an annual rent of £13,300.
