GARDEN ROOMS BUSINESS EXPANDS AT AUDLEY AVENUE ENTERPRISE PARK, NEWPORT

Local Newport business, Contemporary Garden Rooms, is expanding after winning a number of new projects, including a contract to deliver a new school classroom and a number of holiday annexes.

To meet customer needs and enable the business to grow, the company has now expanded its presence at St. Modwen’s Audley Avenue Enterprise Park by letting a 3,335 sq ft unit – in addition to its existing 5,223 sq ft workshop at the site.

The units at Audley Avenue Enterprise Park currently support 124 local jobs, and offers almost 137,000 sq ft of employment space across a 9.6 acre site.

Audley Avenue Enterprise Park is now over 95% per cent let, with just unit 10A now available to let, offering 3,506 sq ft of flexible space.

Audley Avenue Enterprise Park is situated to the south east of Newport, with convenient access to Telford and Stafford via the A518 and Wolverhampton via the A41. Junction 3 of the M54 motorway is approximately eight miles to the south, providing convenient access to the national motorway network.
