GREEN LIGHT FOR NEW HOMES IN UTTOXETER

Award-winning housebuilder, St. Modwen Homes, has been given the green light for 44 new homes in the next phase at its popular Bramshall Meadows development in Uttoxeter.

Following the planning consent, work is now due to start on site in the next couple of weeks with the aim to launch the first homes for sale in spring 2018.
