Health and fitness centre signed up at Trentham Lakes
Stoke-on-Trent Regeneration Limited, the joint venture between St Modwen Properties PLC and Stoke-on-Trent City Council, has exchanged contracts with The Greenalls Group plc for a 3,493 sq m (37,600 sq ft) Health and Fitness Club to be developed at the 400-acre Trentham Lakes.
