HELP IS ON HAND AT LOCKING PARKLANDS

Award-winning housebuilder, St. Modwen Homes, has seen strong sales in the latest phase of its Locking Parklands development, just four miles from Weston-super-Mare, thanks to the government’s popular Help to Buy scheme.

To date, 80% of sales in the current phase at Locking Parklands have been taken through Help to Buy, which is designed to assist home buyers move both onto, and up, the property ladder.
