On 1st March 2013 the Company was notified that, following the placing of 20,016,057 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company announced on 26th February 2013, the interests of J.D. Leavesley and connected parties (comprising 18,263,382 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company and 18,263,382 direct voting rights) represented 8.29% (previously 9.12%) of the total voting rights in the Company.
