Homesavers settle in Tipton Shopping Centre
St Modwen Developments has let the remaining available space in Tipton Shopping Centre, West Midlands, to the retail discount goods company, Homesavers.
The letting of the 54 sq m (587 sq ft) unit on a five-year lease at an annual rent of £6,000 follows a trial period during which the company traded well.
