St. Modwen has signed a deal with managed services provider, Curveball Solutions UK Limited to occupy a newly refurbished office space at Moorgate Point business park.

The award-winning managed IT and communications company will take 5,000 sq ft of space at Moorgate Point on a five-year lease. Located in Knowsley, Liverpool, the scheme provides high-quality warehousing and office suites to suit a multitude of occupiers.

Consisting of more than 450,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space, the site is strategically located with access to the north west via the M62, M57 and M58. Moorgate Point is equidistant from The Port of Liverpool and Liverpool John Lennon Airport – both just a 20-minute drive away.

Two units totaling 160,000 sq ft are the only industrial and logistics space remaining available for immediate occupation at the site. – the two units comprise of 27,900 sq ft and 140,260 sq ft. The units include on-site parking, level access loading and estate management on a secure site.
