Stoke-on-Trent Regeneration, the joint venture between St. Modwen and Stoke City Council, continues to experience good investor activity on its latest speculative developments at Trentham Lakes, North Staffordshire.

Brittan Investments have acquired two 1,000 sq ft studio units for £160,000 at Trentham Business Quarter for re-letting and Exesios Ltd has acquired the final studio unit available for £80,000 for their own occupation and to expand its public relations business.

Trentham Business Quarter comprises seventeen 1,000 sq ft studio units together with ten 2,000 self-contained office properties. All the studio units have been sold and only four of the self-contained office units remain available for sale or to let.

These latest transactions at Trentham Business Quarter follow closely behind the sale to local property investor Chambers Estates who recently acquired a 2,300 sq ft office building, let to T & T Consultancy.

Andrew Cox, development manager, St. Modwen, said: “This is further evidence of investors’ continuing confidence in the regional market, and their willingness to acquire well designed, quality-built stock that seems to be very popular with occupiers who have been attracted to the strategic location.”

Louis Taylor represented St. Modwen. Brittan Investments and Exesios Ltd represented themselves.
