Kirkby Hall Kiosks clear way for Market Hall renovation scheme

Eight new kiosks are being created for traders in St Chads Parade within Kirkby Shopping Centre by St Modwen Developments (Kirkby) Ltd and clients of LaSalle Investment Management, to clear the way for redevelopment of the market hall.

Existing Market Hall operators have been offered the opportunity to relocate into the kiosks, which are proving very popular with retailers.

The indoor market , which was a former Boots department store, is to be redeveloped into three new large shops units for high profile national organisations.
