Prestige car marque Lexus is to become the latest car dealership to locate on the popular Trentham Lakes Business Park, Stoke-on-Trent.
Developer Stoke-on-Trent Regeneration, the joint venture between St Modwen Properties PLC and Stoke City Council, has sold two plots to Pinkstones Cars Ltd for the development of the Lexus dealership and a separate servicing facility totalling 12,300 sq ft.
Pinkstones Cars already own the Toyota car dealership on Trentham Lakes which is also home to Volkswagen and Ford, with Audi¹ s 33,000 sq ft premises in the course of construction.
Work on the Lexus faciilities will begin in the New Year and be completed by the middle of next year. The arrival of Lexus will bring the number of dealerships on Trentham Lakes to five, making it the largest cluster of car outlets in Stoke.

The facility will trade as Lexus Stoke at the new entrance to Trentham Lakes, just off the A50, forming an exclusive gateway statement to Trentham Lakes North.
