St. Modwen has signed three new deals at its Discovery Court Business Centre in Poole, Dorset.
WDSGlobal, which provides specialist managed services to the mobile industry and already occupies 14,155 sq ft, has taken an additional 10 suites at the business centre, taking its total floorspace to 17,486 sq ft.
Drum Cussac, a business risk consultancy, has also expanded at Discovery Court. The consultancy, which started with a 274 sq ft unit and now has 4,870 sq ft of space, specialises in delivering risk management solutions for a range of companies including legal and international firms and government agencies. In addition, Gillian Linford, a solicitor who specialises in legal issues for the elderly, has taken a 250 sq ft unit at the business centre.
James Stockdale, Development Surveyor at St. Modwen said: “These three new deals reinforce the popularity Discovery Court has enjoyed throughout the recession, and we are now over 97 per cent occupied. These new tenants have taken advantage of great value units in an excellent location with the reassurance of flexible lease terms.”
James Edwards, Associate Director of Goadsby, added: “Naturally we are very pleased with the recent lettings. The lettings to WDSGlobal and Drum Cussac are prime examples of how the Business Centre allows companies to grow into larger space without any major upheaval. We have had several viewings within the last few weeks and are confident of agreeing more lettings soon.”
Suites available at the business centre, which is located on Wallisdown Road (A3049), range from 140 to 9,000 sq ft. Other tenants include Bournemouth and Poole PCT, ITV Broadcasting, Barnardos, St. John Ambulance and Alterian.
