Being developed over a 20 year period, Locking Parklands is a £400m mixed-use project that will deliver a total of 1,450 homes. It will also comprise 80 acres of landscaped parkland and around 650,000 sq ft of planned employment space. Since phased development work first began on site in 2010, St. Modwen has provided 250 new homes and 6,000 sq ft of office space with the potential to create 50 new jobs.

Since launching its current phase of 166 homes last month, St. Modwen Homes has sold six properties from plan; demonstrating the confidence local homebuyers have in the development.

Prices for the new homes start from £275,995 for a three bedroom property and all the homes are available to purchase under the Government’s Help to Buy scheme which allows people to buy a home with a 5% deposit and a 75% mortgage. The remaining 20% is covered by an equity loan.
