Mainstay Residential is celebrating another management instruction from national multi award winning housebuilder, St. Modwen Homes.

Mainstay is to take responsibility for the first two phases of the new homes at St. Modwen Homes’, Branston Leas development located in Branston, near Burton-on-Trent.

Already proving popular among househunters in the local area, nearly 85 per cent of the first phase of 64 homes at Branston Leas have now sold. When complete, the development will boast more than 600 two, three, four and five bed homes, appealing to a range of first time buyers, growing families, investors and downsizers.

The new homes are part of a larger development by St. Modwen which includes new shops, a 64 acre industrial park and an extension to Rykneld Primary School.

Also linked to the development, St. Modwen is creating a bluebell wood, named Branston Leas Woods, that will become part of the National Forest, with 175 acres of land devoted to recreational areas, meadows and woodlands. The scheme will see the planting of 21,000 trees and 14,000 bluebell bulbs.

Charles Lucas, Technical Director at Mainstay, commented: “We are delighted St. Modwen Homes has again chosen Mainstay as its preferred managing agent. Our experience, regional coverage, and exemplary customer service have again made us the agent of choice for this prestigious scheme.”

Located on Thorntree Road, all the homes at Branston Leas have been designed with St. Modwen Homes’ philosophy of light and height, meaning each property has higher than average ceilings and large windows, creating bright and spacious living areas.

What’s more, each home boasts a designer kitchen, contemporary bathrooms and high quality fixtures and fittings as standard. Prices for the new homes start from just £174,995 for a three bedroom house.
