Construction on the next phase of Festival Trade Park in Etruria Valley being developed by Stoke-on-Trent Regeneration, the joint venture between St Modwen Properties PLC and Stoke City Council, is to start at the beginning of May.
The 57,770 sq ft second phase, which will be completed in the autumn, will provide units from 3,000 sq ft to 12,000 sq ft for trade counter or warehousing use.
Occupiers in the fully let first phase include electrical wholesalers Rexel Senate (12,000 sq ft) and Strata Window World (8,000 sq ft).
Alastair Smith of St Modwen said: “We are already negotiating terms with some interested parties and hope to get a significant portion of the scheme committed prior to its completion. We had phase one fully committed before completion.
“We are confident that the location off the A53 at the Forge Lane entrance to Festival Park makes the scheme a great trading pitch that will prove attractive to the likes of vehicle, furniture, electrical, tool hire or building materials users.”
Stoke-on-Trent Regeneration is represented by Daniel Hulme and Insignia Richard Ellis.
