For one month only, St. Modwen Homes has launched its popular Part Exchange scheme on its four bedroom The Garnet house type at its Woodlands Reach development in Ravenstone.

Under the Part Exchange scheme, people looking to buy The Garnet house can sell their existing property to St. Modwen Homes rather than wait for a buyer.

One young couple that used the scheme to purchase their new property at Woodlands Reach is Charlotte Alderman, aged 21, and her partner Adam Roberts, aged 24, who moved from an apartment into a four bedroom home.

Charlotte said: “After looking at the different four bed house styles on offer at Woodlands Reach, The Lord really stood out to us because of its individual frontage design, as well as its spacious and naturally lit rooms. We were always keen to stay in the local area and since moving in November, we’ve really enjoyed being part of the Woodlands Reach community.

“Using St. Modwen Homes’ Part Exchange scheme took all the worry and hassle out of the whole moving house process. At first, we were unsure about moving because of the long process involved in selling and purchasing a property but with the St. Modwen Homes’ team looking after the whole process, it was a breeze.

“They arranged for three independent valuations from trusted local agents in Coalville and then offered us a price that we were happy with for our apartment. The team managed the entire selling process, put it online and arranged all the viewings. We were even given the added benefit of having two sets of keys which enabled us to take our time moving out of our apartment and into our brand new home at Woodlands Reach. As well as removing all the stress associated with chasing agents and finding potential purchasers, we also had the added benefit of having no estate agent fees to pay.”

Similar to The Lord, The Garnet home (plot 154) boasts four double bedrooms including one master bedroom with an en suite, two spacious front-facing reception rooms and an open plan kitchen/dining room with French doors which lead onto the garden. Designed to be both a practical living space and as a luxurious family home, it has been built with additional upstairs and downstairs storage rooms, a single garage and additional parking and is available to purchase for £279,995.

Bev Hall, sales and marketing director at St. Modwen Homes said: “The Lord and the Garnet are one of our favourite plots on the development, and is perfect for anyone looking to move into a new build home without the worry of having to sell their property. Woodlands Reach is a beautiful development located on the doorstep of the National Forest and looks spectacularly attractive at the moment, as all the trees and daffodils on the green are in bloom.”

Currently, there are four different four bedroom house designs available to choose from at Woodlands Reach – The Garnet, The Lord, The Becket and The Duke – and in keeping with St. Modwen Homes’ philosophy of ‘light and height’, each home has been built with high ceilings and large windows, allowing light to flood through the property. All the homes also come with high quality fixtures and fittings as standard, as well as designer bathrooms and kitchens. Prices for the four bedroom homes at Woodlands Reach start from £194,995.
