St Modwen, the UK¹s leading regeneration specialist, has appointed Brendan Webb as centre manager of Edmonton Green Shopping Centre, which is undergoing a £100 million mixed-use transformation – one of the largest genuinely mixed-use schemes currently underway in London.

Brendan has more than 20 years experience in shopping centre management, ranging from Eastbourne Arndale to Streatfield Mall in Manchester.

He said: “My new role is an exciting and challenging one and I believe my experience managing urban shopping centres will enable me to make a positive impact here.”

James Stockdale of St Modwen said that Brendan joins at an eventful time with the development of eight new retail units, a 24-hour Asda and a new car park completing in the autumn. “His wealth of experience will be very important to the further improvement of the centre and reflects the expansion delivered in recent years,”
