NEW HOMES LAUNCHED AT COFTON GRANGE
Award-winning housebuilder, St. Modwen Homes, has released the first new homes for sale at its highly anticipated Cofton Grange development, located off Groveley Lane in Cofton Hackett.
Part of St. Modwen’s regeneration of Longbridge, St. Modwen Homes will deliver a range of terraced, semi-detached and detached properties at Cofton Grange; including three, four and five bedroom homes designed to suit people on all stages of the property ladder.
Bev Hall, Sales and Marketing Director at St. Modwen Homes, said: “Since submitting planning for this development at the end of last year, we’ve been inundated with people wanting to know when Cofton Grange will be launched, with hundreds registering themselves on our database. It’s fantastic to now be launching these hugely anticipated new homes and further continuing the regeneration of Longbridge.
“Situated adjacent to Arrow Park and with the River Rea running through it, Cofton Grange will have a much greener feel than the previous housing schemes that have been delivered in Longbridge; whilst still being just a short walk from everything that Longbridge town centre has to offer.
“We take great pride in our house designs at St. Modwen Homes and have worked closely with our architects, RPS, to create these contemporary new properties. There are multiple internal layouts and external features for people to choose from, such as balconies and bay windows, alongside a contemporary mix of elevation materials ensuring that our new homes at Cofton Grange stand out from the crowd.”
What’s more, all of the new homes at Cofton Grange have been designed with St. Modwen Homes’ philosophy of ‘light and height’ in mind. This means each property is built with higher than average ceilings and large windows throughout, to create bright, open spaces.
The new homes start at £315,995 for a four bedroom, three storey Hexham house type and all the properties are available under the government’s Help to Buy scheme, meaning they can be purchased with a deposit of just 5%.
St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has invested £300 million into regenerating the former MG Rover site at Longbridge since 2003, equating to £25 million per year. Four hundred family homes have been created along with shops, eateries, offices, the new Bournville College, Longbridge Technology Park and the new Austin Park. St. Modwen Homes is the housebuilding brand of St. Modwen.
