NEW HOMES SOON TO BE LAUNCHED IN SWADLINCOTE
Househunters in Swadlincote are now able to register their interest in the new homes soon to be launched at St. Modwen Homes’ Manorfields development, located just off the A444 on the outskirts of Castle Gresley, near Swadlincote.
Due to be launched later this summer, Manorfields will comprise approximately 215 properties when complete, made up of two, three, four and five bedroom detached and semi-detached family homes in a variety of different house styles, in addition to landscaped public areas.
Currently, St. Modwen Homes’ construction team is busy finishing the infrastructure works at the development and has begun forming the first foundations of the new homes. The show home – which will be the first home to be delivered – is due to be open by September.
Bev Hall, sales and marketing director at St. Modwen Homes, said: “We have now released the first visuals of what the new homes at Manorfields will look like, giving potential new homeowners the chance to see exactly what they can expect from this new development.
“All the homes will boast the unique features that St. Modwen Homes is now well known for, such as large windows, high quality fixtures, light and spacious rooms and high ceilings. We’re very much looking forward to launching Manorfields in the next few months and would encourage all those interested in the new homes to register their interest and be the first to receive the latest information.”
Working with both Glancy Nicholls and Roberts Limbrick architects, 11 house types have been designed for the first release at Manorfields offering homes that are perfect for first time buyers, families and downsizers. Providing homes which are sympathetic to the local environment, the majority of properties will be built in traditional red brick, with stone sills and door surrounds. Other features on certain house types include bay windows, pitched entry porticos and brick chimneys. Additionally, the majority of properties have been designed with glazing around the front door to maximise the amount of light flooding into the home.
Giving househunters a helping hand, all the homes will be available to purchase under the Government’s equity loan scheme, Help to Buy, under which purchasers will require a deposit of just five per cent.
Manorfields is just one of St. Modwen Homes’ housing sites across the UK, with other developments including Edison Place in Rugby, Woodlands Reach in Ravenstone and Gregorys Bank in Worcester. Now in its third year, St. Modwen Homes has already established a name for itself as a trustworthy developer that ensures the local community and high quality standard of living remain the top priorities when building new homes.
