New lease for computer firm

Redman Heenan Properties Ltd, the investment subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has renewed Organised Computers Ltd’s lease on 120 sq m (1,290 sq ft) premises at Sandpiper Quay, Salford Quays, Manchester.

A new six-year lease at an annual rent of £10,320 (£8 per sq ft) has been granted. Both parties represented themselves.
