New Tenants at Wythenshawe Centre

Redman Heenan Properties Ltd, the investment arm of St Modwen Properties PLC, has attracted two new tenants to the refurbished Wythenshawe Town Centre, Greater Manchester.

The Wythenshawe Sun Centre Ltd has taken a 15-year lease in the new build development on the former market area on a 186 sq m (2,000 sq ft) retail unit at £19,000 per annum.

Cash Generator Ltd has taken a 158 sq m (1,700 sq ft) unit in The Birtles on a 15-year lease at an annual rent of £27,000.
