npower to move into complete £12 million Apex 6 scheme

npower has taken possession of the new 3,484 sq m (37,500 sq ft) (net) headquarters office building for its retail arm at Apex 6 Business Park, Warndon, Worcester, which completes the development of the £12.5 million eight-acre park by St Modwen Developments Ltd.

The bespoke building was pre-sold to npower by St Modwen.

The park, which St Modwen started two years ago, also houses the European HQof Milltronics (UK) Ltd, insurance intermediaries Bennetts (GB) Ltd and a 60-bed Travel Inn and Beefeater Restaurant.

Nick Kay of St Modwen said: “Apex 6 has been a tremendous success. We are delighted to have finished the park with the construction of such a prestigious gateway building for Worcester.”
