Award-winning housebuilder, St. Modwen Homes will be launching its first homes to be built at St. Andrew’s Park in Uxbridge, Greater London, this weekend (Saturday 25th February).
The launch will mark the first time that people will be able to reserve one of St. Modwen Homes’ properties at the development.
The first release will include three and four storey townhouses, some of which overlook London’s newest park and are predicted to be the most desirable homes to be built at St. Andrew’s Park. St. Modwen Homes will also be releasing a range of one and two bedroom maisonettes at the launch.
Over the past five years, the housebuilder has become known for its stand-out house designs and unique elevational finishes, as well as creating light and space throughout its properties.
Bev Hall, Sales and Marketing Manager at St. Modwen Homes, said: “St. Andrew’s Park is set to be our most prestigious development to date so we’re very much looking forward to unveiling it and getting initial reactions on our house designs from potential homeowners.
“One of my personal favourites is the four bedroom York house type that reminds me of a contemporary version of the Bath Royal Crescent. New homeowners will love the master bedroom with its separate dressing room and en-suite as well as the top floor room that boats two frameless glass balconies and could be used either as a bedroom or entertaining space. People will also be given the choice of having a relaxing hot tub included on their rooftop terrace as well.”
Helping people to get onto and move up the property ladder, the Government’s Help to Buy scheme will be available on the new homes at St. Andrew’s Park, meaning properties can be purchased with a deposit of just 5%.
As an added incentive, anyone that reserves a new home at the launch weekend will receive a £20 voucher to see a film of their choice at the local Odeon cinema.
The properties will form the latest phase of the 1,300-home new community at the former RAF Uxbridge site in Hillingdon. St. Modwen, which together with its joint venture partner VINCI is leading the regeneration project.
Bev continued: “More than just homes, new homeowners will also benefit from the many amenities being delivered on site, including places to work, a theatre, museum and new restaurant, as well as the park and John Locke Academy Primary School that have already been delivered.”
St. Andrew’s Park has a rich history and as the former RAF Uxbridge played a pivotal role in the Battle of Britain. The development is home to the Battle of Britain Bunker museum and operations room as well as the Grade II listed Hillingdon House, which sits at the heart of the park and is set to become home to a new restaurant.
The marketing suite will be open between 10am and 5.30pm from 25th February and is located on St. Andrew’s Park, Churchill Road, Uxbridge, West London UB10 URX.
