PLANNING APPLICATION SUBMITTED TO GET GATEWAY 12 UNDERWAY
This month, leading UK regeneration specialist, St. Modwen, submitted a planning application to deliver the first two buildings at its 15 acre development, Gateway 12, off junction 12 of the M5 in Gloucestershire.
Pete Davies, Senior Development Manager for St. Modwen, the land owner and developer of Gateway 12 explains:
“Gateway 12 at Waterwells Business Park is one of four sites being developed by St. Modwen in Gloucestershire. And with the final 29,000 sq ft unit, at our neighbouring Quedgeley West site, on track to complete by early next year, our £22m development at Gateway 12 will provide additional prime location warehousing and industrial space for businesses looking to expand their operations in the South West. To enable development to start this year, we have just submitted a planning application to provide the first two buildings for Gateway 12, which will deliver a total of 80,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation, in units from 13,500 sq ft, that will be available for purchase or rent.”
Gateway 12 is one of four sites being developed by St. Modwen in Gloucestershire alongside Quedgeley West Business Park, Quedgeley East Business Park, adjacent to Junction 12, and the £150 million Littlecombe scheme in Dursley.
