Stoke-on-Trent Regeneration Ltd, the joint venture company between St Modwen Properties PLC and Stoke City Council, has submitted a planning application to build a further 4,877 sq m (52,500 sq ft ) of accommodation in a fourth speculative phase on Stoke Trade Park in the Etruria Valley section of Festival Park.

This phase, planned for completion in the autumn, will comprise 13 units ranging from 204 sq m (2,200 sq ft) to 2,564 sq m (27,600 sq ft) for light industrial, trade counter and storage and distribution users.

Andrew Cox of Stoke-on-Trent Regeneration, said: “The first three phases of the scheme have been very successful. We have built approximately 13,099 sq m (141,000 sq ft) of space which has been sold or let to numerous local, regional and national occupiers who are expanding or relocating in the area.

“This latest phase will attract further occupiers to the area which will have a positive impact with possible new job creation.” For further information contact Andrew Cox (01782 281844). Issued by Paul Raymer of Howle Chapman Raymer (0121-236-7771).
