Print Group buy two more units at Coombs Wood

Media Print Group Ltd, which three years ago relocated to Coombs Wood Business Park, Halesowen, has acquired two further industrial buildings on the 43-acre site.

St Modwen Developments Ltd, the development subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has sold the 296 sq m (3,192 sq ft) and 258 sq m (2,781 sq ft) buildings to the expanding company for in excess of £360,000.

Coombs Wood is one of the most successful commercial developments in the Black Country, attracting a range of occupiers including manufacturing, distribution and office users, with many of them being local companies.

Rupert Joseland of St Modwen, said: “It is very encouraging to see companies on the park prospering. We are delighted that Media Print is expanding and taking more space . There remains one further 929 sq m (10,000 sq ft) building immediately available together with purpose-built opportunities.”
