PRINTING AND R & D MOVES INTO HENLEY PARK
Bridge Offset, a printing company, has taken 566 sq m (6,100 sq ft) of existing space on Henley Park Industrial Estate, Normandy, near Guildford.
The firm took a five-year lease on the space at an annual rent of some £5 per sq ft. Tisics Ltd, a research and development company from Farnborough, has also agreed a five year lease on 678 sq m (7,296 sq ft) of accommodation at a rental of £5 per sq ft.
Lease renewals have also been agreed with Lancaster plc on two other units totalling 1,003 sq m (10,800 sq ft.) at rentals of £3.50 and £5 per sq ft. St Modwen is running the existing space for medium term income whilst progressively developing the 25 acre site with new business space development. Construction of the first 9,197 sq m (99,000 sq ft ) phase will commence shortly.
