St. Modwen Homes has opened the doors to not one, not two but four new show homes at its Trentham Manor development, located off Sir Stanley Matthews Way in Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent.

As well as showcasing the new house designs on offer at Trentham Manor, the show homes are all themed around the local area and its heritage, including Wedgewood pottery and Trentham Gardens.

Bev Hall, Sales and Marketing Director at St. Modwen Homes, said: “There are many great reasons why people would choose to live in Stoke-on-Trent and we wanted to use our show homes as an opportunity to showcase some of the reasons why people should be proud to call Stoke their home.”

Giving potential homeowners the chance to see four of the eight house designs currently on offer at Trentham Manor, the show homes include the three bedroom Houghton and Mirin properties and the four bedroom Garnet and Chichester designs.

Styled by Rugeley based interior designers, Killer 5, the Chichester show home has been themed around Trentham Gardens and, as such, boasts bright colours and botanical prints throughout to emphasise the summer blooms of the Italianate Gardens. Additionally, the third bedroom has taken inspiration from Trentham Monkey Forest with woodland wallpaper and monkeys hanging from the ceiling, making it a perfect room for children.

In comparison to the bright colours used in the Chichester, the Garnet show home is much more subtle with chintz patterns used alongside plain blue and white fabrics and luxurious furnishings, echoing the timeless elegance of Wedgewood pottery. Helping to make a statement in the family room, St. Modwen Homes has created a feature wall covered in blue and white plates, whilst pinstripe accessories add a modern finish.

Bev said: “All four of the show homes give people an idea of what life could be like at Trentham Manor; whether it’s their first house or their moving up the property ladder into a larger family home. We’ve already had a great response to our new properties and will soon be welcoming our first homeowners.”

Fulfilling St. Modwen Homes’ commitment to delivering design-led homes, each of the four show homes boasts stylish French doors leading out to the rear garden, as well as integrated designer kitchens and built in wardrobes, not to mention a variety of external features including Juliet balconies and gable roofs. What’s more, each has been built to the housebuilder’s philosophy of light and height, meaning every room has high ceilings and large windows to create bright and spacious living areas.

St. Modwen Homes is part of the residential business of St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist. St. Modwen has delivered multiple regeneration projects in Stoke, including The Trentham Estate and Gardens, Festival Park and Trentham Lakes, home of Stoke City FC’s Britannia Stadium. This activity has created over £900m of value for the local economy and created around 12,000 jobs.
