National housebuilder, St. Modwen Homes, has reported a record year of sales across its sites in the UK, including substantial sales success at its Locking Parklands development, located off Farnborough Road in Locking.

Overall, the award-winning housebuilder has seen its total sales double over the past 12 months.

At Locking Parklands, St. Modwen Homes has nearly sold all the properties within its phase two of development and has planned for early release of its phase three of housing in 2015. Still available for sale at Locking Parklands, is a range of two bed apartments and two, three and four bedroom houses.

To celebrate this success, the housebuilder is offering a special Christmas treat to anyone that reserves a new home at Locking Parklands between 15 December 2014 and 2 January 2015.
