Redman Heenan Properties sell Hatfield premises for£1.1 million

Redman Heenan Properties Ltd, an investment subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has sold 1,533 sq m (16,500 sq ft) premises on Wingate Industrial Estate, Travellers Way, Welham Green, Hatfield, to an adjoining occupier, Ashley Wilde Group for £1.1 million.
