Redman Heenan sells Hawarden Industrial Estate for £3.5 MIL

Redman Heenan Properties Ltd, the investment subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has sold a long leasehold interest in The Beeches, a managed estate which provides 15,593 sq m (167,850 sq ft) of employment space at Hawarden, North Wales, for £2.3 million.

The sale was made to CCB Property Partnership LLP, which owns the adjacent property, and the premises will be used in conjunction with the expansion of its business.
