REFURBISHMENT PROGRAMME AT WATLING STREET BUSINESS PARK TO CAPITALISE ON BOOMING MARKET

As demand continues to rise for premium industrial sheds across the Midlands, St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has invested in a refurbishment programme at its sought after Watling Street Business Park in Cannock in order to stay ahead of the curve.

The 48,632 sq ft ‘Unit 16’ is the largest of the three remaining units at the popular business park and comes with a substantial yard and multiple loading doors including two new dock level loading doors. It has been reclad and a new amenity and toilet block has been constructed.

The business park has proven to be consistently popular with industrial, storage and distribution tenants owing to its prime location on the A5, close to the M6 Toll junction T7 and M6 junction 11 and its on site management and security policy.

Watling Street comprises over 130,000 sq ft of industrial, warehousing and open storage accommodation. Alongside Unit 16, two further units remain at 2,500 sq ft and 2,100 sq ft which, if required, could be combined to create a larger single unit of 4,600 sq ft.
