RUGBY LIONS TO OPEN DOORS TO THREE NEW SHOW HOMES THIS WEEKEND
This weekend (Saturday 5th September) is set to get off to a roaring start thanks to the Rugby Lions and Lionesses opening the doors to three new show homes at St. Modwen Homes’ Edison Place development in Rugby.
Aimed at people on all stages of the property ladder, the show homes will be a Kemble two bedroom house, a Chad three bedroom property and a three bedroom Mirin home; all of which have been professionally styled with the latest interior trends.
In celebration of the Rugby World Cup kicking off later this month, the Rugby Lions and Rugby Lionesses will be attending the show home launch, giving people the chance to meet the players. There will also be the opportunity to win a rugby ball signed by the Lions in a special prize draw.
Bev Hall, Sales and Marketing Director at St. Modwen Homes, said: “Edison Place has a fantastic community feel and I know that many of our existing homeowners will be dropping in on Saturday to meet the Rugby Lions and Lionesses and show their support ahead of the new rugby season.
“Having three new show homes means that potential purchasers can get a real insight into what it would be like to live at Edison Place, as well as seeing the high quality design and finishes that St. Modwen Homes offers.
“Each of the show homes has been styled to appeal to different tastes, showcasing how the latest fashions and trends can be used to add a personal touch and make the properties feel like home. I personally love the flamingo wallpaper in one of the bedrooms in the Kemble house.”
In keeping with St. Modwen Homes’ philosophy of light and height, all the show homes have been built with higher than average ceilings and large windows, creating bright and spacious living spaces. Additionally, they are all fitted with designer Zanussi kitchens and eco-friendly Hansgrohe technology in the bathrooms. Adding a touch of luxury, each of the homes also boasts French doors leading out to the rear garden from the living or dining room.
Prices for the new homes at Edison Place start from just £201,995 for a three bedroom house. All the properties are available to purchase with a deposit of just 5% under the government’s Help to Buy scheme.
The show home launch, which will be between 10am and 5.30pm on Saturday and Sunday, is open to everyone and is free to attend. The Rugby Lions and Lionesses will be in attendance between 11.30am and 12.30pm on the Saturday. Additionally, the sales team will be on hand throughout the weekend to answer questions about the new houses and the home buying process.
The show homes are located off Technology Drive in Rugby, CV21 1RW. The marketing suite at Edison Place is open between 10am to 5.30pm Thursday to Monday, inclusive of the weekends.
