SALES OFF THE TRAPS AT BRAMSHALL MEADOWS
St. Modwen Homes is racing ahead at its Bramshall Meadows development in Uttoxeter, with sales far surpassing expectations since the first homes were released last month.
The award-winning housebuilder took nine reservations in the first four weeks alone – all of which were reserved from plan – and is expecting sales to continue to rise with the opening of its first show homes this weekend (Saturday 11 June).
The new show homes will both be four bedroom properties with the Garnet boasting a show-stopping full height central window, whereas the Chichester has two feature bay windows with timber elevations set against white render. Both homes boast an open plan kitchen and dining room, as well as a spacious living room.
To date, all purchasers have cited the location – just over one mile from the centre of Uttoxeter – as well as the high quality design of the new homes as their reasons for choosing Bramshall Meadows.
