St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has leased another 12,000 sq ft of newly refurbished industrial space at Sandbeds Trading Estate in Wakefield, securing FG3 Manufacturing at the site. Part of bespoke office furniture and storage solutions company, Frem Group, FG3 Manufacturing has taken one of St. Modwen’s fully-refurbished employment units with office space.

St. Modwen has agreed a 10 year lease with the company which will enable FG3 Manufacturing to increase its workload and grow the business with four additional staff members already taken on.

Since acquiring the 88,000 sq ft Sandbeds Trading Estate, which is a mix of detached and semi-detached industrial and warehouse units, St. Modwen has invested significantly in upgrading the site, transforming its look and feel. The majority of the units have subsequently been successfully let, with just 26,000 sq ft remaining. This remaining space is currently undergoing a full refurbishment and will be ready for occupation later this month.
