SELL OUT SUCCESS AT TRENTHAM OFFICE VILLAGE
St. Modwen has reported a sell out success at Trentham Office Village after securing a lease on the final property at the popular office location.
Building 4 at the development, totalling 10,700 sq ft, has been leased for 15 years to Redstone Managed Solutions Ltd, a division of Redstone PLC. The letting completes occupations at Trentham Office Village which consists of four detached office buildings providing a total of approximately 25,000 sq ft of accommodation.
Trentham Office Village is situated within the wider Trentham Lakes development, the 400 acre business and leisure community being developed by Stoke on Trent Regeneration Ltd, a joint venture between St. Modwen and Stoke on Trent City Council. With two further property sales recently reported across Trentham Lakes the development is continuing to attract commercial occupiers as Andrew Cox, development surveyor for St. Modwen explains:
“The sound commercial viability of locating to Trentham Lakes has seen a steady stream of property purchases and lettings over the past three months despite a tough economic climate. Companies such as Redstone Managed Solutions are clearly recognising the combined benefits of being located within contemporary, cost effective premises and a thriving business community, making Trentham Lakes one of the most popular commercial locations within Stoke-on-Trent.
“This latest letting is a clear indication that the market within the region remains active and we very much expect to see an increase in commercial activity at Trentham Lakes and across our wider regional developments as the year progresses.”
Over 50 companies are currently based at Trentham Lakes with the thriving business community strengthened through its combination of local and national businesses. Occupiers across its Trade Park, Office Village and Business Quarter include Lexus, Audi, Blue Bay Travel, Screwfix, Pets at Home and Glen Dimplex. Offering a range of sporting, retail and dining facilities the site is also home to Stoke City Football Club’s Britannia Stadium, Holiday Inn Express and Greens Health and Fitness.
