SHEPCOTE OFFICE VILLAGE HALF FULL AFTER CLARITY COPIERS SALE

Clarity Copiers, one of the largest independent photocopier distributors in the country with 25 offices throughout the UK, has acquired a new two-storey 2,800 sq ft front door office on the newly completed Shepcote Office Village, Sheffield, developed by St Modwen Properties PLC in conjunction with Corus plc.

Mark Gardner, managing director of Clarity Copiers (Sheffield), said: ³Our new unit provides a modern working environment with easy access to the road network which will help us to raise our profile and expand the business.²

Nigel Cunis, development manager at St Modwen, said: ³This transaction underlines the success of the 30,000 sq ft ten unit development, construction of which was completed only last month. Nearly 50 per cent of the accommodation has  already sold.²
