The popularity of Stoke on Trent Regeneration Ltd’s Trentham Lakes development with the motor trade continues following the purchase of a 0.75 acre site by Barlow Motors Ltd. for the relocation of its Stoke SEAT dealership.

The dealership will be relocating from its existing premises on Lonsdale Street in Stoke-on-Trent to purpose built new premises opposite the Britannia Stadium. Stoke SEAT’s new premises will expand the dealership’s offering with a fabulous new 7,600 sq ft building incorporating an imposing double story glass fronted showroom and offices plus modern, clean and efficient servicing facilities. Much improved and increased car display areas will provide customers a much improved choice of new SEAT models and used cars.

To be sited adjacent to Lexus at Trentham Lakes, Stoke SEAT will also join Audi, Toyota, Ford and Volkswagen at the premier business park which has become a popular retail hub for the motor trade.

Planning Permission is already in place and construction is expected to start in October this year with completion scheduled for spring 2011.

Speaking about this latest land sale to Stoke SEAT, Euan Lindsay of regeneration specialists St. Modwen commented: “We are delighted that Stoke SEAT has chosen to relocate it’s dealership to Trentham Lakes.
