St Johns Ambulance to relocate training centre at Discovery Court

Key Property Investments, the joint venture between St Modwen Properties PLC and Salhia Real Estate Co., has exchanged on the sale of the long leasehold interest in a 13,000 sq ft office building at Discovery Court, Poole, Dorset, to St John Ambulance.

St John Ambulance will be consolidating its operations in the Bournemouth and Poole areas on the site and the building will be used for training, some storage and distribution.
