St Modwen acquires additional land in Cannock

Redman Heenan Properties Ltd, the investment subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has acquired 7.5 acres of agricultural land adjacent to its Watling Street Business Park, Norton Canes, Cannock, for future expansion.

The park now comprises 40 acres of which ten acres are currently developed.

The site, which fronts the A5 mid-way between Brownhills and Cannock, has 14 tenants occupying some 14,864 sq m (160,000 sq ft).
