St Modwen Developments Ltd has acquired the last plot of employment land available for development on the former Cow Lane opencast coalmine site at Holbrook, Sheffield, from Sheffield City Council for £1.15 million.

Holbrook is a well established industrial location six miles south-east of the city centre and with easy access from Junction 31, M1.
