St. Modwen, the expert developer and regeneration specialist, has agreed a number of new deals at its Stonebridge East business park as it also breaks ground on its third phase of construction with a new 52,000 sq ft unit, Stonebridge 52.
Incoming tenants to the site are NBM Contracting, Liverpool Lancashire Properties Ltd, Canning Generator Solutions and Kahuna Huts Ltd, which have all committed to 5-year leases for a combined 10,000 sq ft of space.
Andy Day, Asset Manager at St. Modwen, said:
“We’re excited about the arrival of all three tenants, who will no doubt add another layer of vibrancy to this growing development. “Stonebridge remains an important commercial asset to the region, and our commitment to speculatively build Stonebridge 52 will mean the delivery of further high-quality industrial and logistics space as well as the creation of more new jobs and opportunity for the local community.”
Mayor of Liverpool, Joe Anderson, said:
“Stonebridge Business Park is a critical strategic site for Liverpool’s logistics economy, delivering much-needed jobs and business space. It’s great to see more progress is being made in attracting companies to complete this hugely important business park.”
The site is part of Stonebridge Business Park East in Liverpool and is strategically located one mile off junction 4 of the M57 – with direct access to East Lancashire Road (A580).
Caddick Construction was appointed on the scheme in February 2019 and commenced on site with a programme of works which would see Stonebridge Business Park ready for occupation by the end of 2019.
Knight Frank and Avison Young are joint marketing agents on the entire Stonebridge scheme.
Pinsent Masons, Indigo Planning, Pozzoni, Hydrock, RPS, CPW and Atkins are all advisors to St. Modwen.
A ground breaking ceremony took place on Wednesday 8th May with representatives from Avison Young and Knight Frank, Project Managers RPS and Mayor of Liverpool Joe Anderson. Ian Guildford and Glenn Cameron from Caddick Construction completed the line-up.
