St Modwen and Prologis sell site for Virgin Rail depot

St Modwen Development and Prologis Kingspark have formed a joint company to develop the £60 Million 120-acre Barton Business Park, near Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, and have kick-started the development by selling a 29-acre site for the construction of a 23,225 sq m (250, 000 sq ft) national maintenance depot for Virgin’s new cross-country rail fleet.
