Materials Solutions, a leader in the development of manufacturing technologies applications, has selected St. Modwen’s £10 million Great Western Business Park in Worcester for its new headquarters.
The technology specialist which works extensively with clients in the aerospace industry has moved off the University of Birmingham campus to St. Modwen’s 23-acre Great Western Business Park, situated half a mile from the centre of Worcester. A three year stepped lease has been agreed on the unit at £5 per sq ft, rising to £5.50 per sq ft in year four and £6 per sq ft in year five.

Great Western Business Park is situated within walking distance of Shrub Hill and Foregate Street Stations, just three miles from Junctions 6 and 7 of the M5 and under 45 minutes from Birmingham International Airport. The first phase of the Business Park comprises a total of 18 high quality industrial and storage units across a 7.2 acre site, ranging in size from 2,218 sq ft to 14,703sq ft. A total of eleven units are now either let or sold at Great Western Business Park to a range of occupiers including Pickfords, Lightsource Europe and SPAL Automative UK Limited. As such, availability is becoming limited.
