ST. MODWEN BOOSTS NORTHERN HOME COUNTIES TEAM

St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has appointed Nick Smith as Development Manager within its Northern Home Counties office.

With a background in commercial property at Knight Frank, Minerva, Equity Estates and most recently Pinewood Group, Nick will help to increase St. Modwen’s commercial development pipeline.

Nick joins at a time when the company is looking to expand its portfolio in the region – which includes Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. St. Modwen’s Northern Home Counties team is currently developing 90,000 sq ft of speculative industrial space at Letchworth, Hertfordshire and a new 35,000 sq ft retail development at Wellingborough anchored by Lidl and McDonalds. Future opportunities include a mixed-use redevelopment of the Wolverton railway works in Milton Keynes.
