St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, is celebrating the growth of one of its tenants at Tyburn Business Park.

ADI Automotive, which is headquartered in Kings Norton and has regional offices across the West Midlands, Stoke and Liverpool, opened on Tyburn Business Park in 2011, with a view to launching a new steelwork fabrication division. In the last 18 months it has realised significant business growth fuelling the requirement for larger premises.

As a result, the company has signed a new deal with St. Modwen to lease a 7,283 sq ft unit at the Business Park to aid further expansion and in doing so has almost doubled its capacity.

Ritchie Webb, operations director at ADI at Tyburn, said: “The business has realised incredible growth on the back of new business wins and in particular we are benefiting from our growing reputation in automotive fabrication.

“When you consider the division has only been operational for 18 months, our expansion has been incredibly quick. We are very much looking forward to growing into the space at our new premises and making the most of future commercial and business opportunities.“The negotiation with St. Modwen to relocate to a larger unit on the same business park was straightforward and we were able to complete the deal swiftly and with no adverse impact on our day to day operations.”

Jonathan Green, development surveyor at St. Modwen added: “We are really pleased that ADI has found a new home in a larger unit at Tyburn Business Park.

“It’s great to see a company such as this realising significant business growth and we wish them well for the future.

“Following the move of ADI, there are just two units of 4,000 and 6,000 sq ft remaining at Tyburn, which are both available to let or purchase.

“Tyburn Business Park is a well-managed and secure estate with good access to the A38 and junctions 5 and 6 of the M6.”
