St Modwen Ventures Ltd, the development subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has recently completed a series of lettings on Capenhurst Technology Park, located close to the M56, and which it is extensively refurbishing following acquisition of the 15-acre park two years ago.
Cheshire Archive, a computer archiving firm, has taken a ten-year lease on a 9,000 sq ft warehouse and office facility at £24,000 per annum. 4 Fronts Research Ltd is to occupy 207 sq m (2,230 sq ft) of first floor offices and laboratory space on a five-year lease at £9,500 per annum; a computer software company, Intelligensia Ltd, also has a five-year lease on 139 sq m (1,500 sq ft) of offices at an annual rent of £5,500.
Host UK Ltd is renting 223 sq m (2,400 sq ft) of office and storage space on a five-year lease at £7,173 per annum, and Bridal Company Ltd has taken the same length of lease on 372 sq m (4,000 sq ft ) at a rent of £18,000 a year.
The letting of 743 sq m (8,000 sq ft) to an insulation supplier is in solicitors hands and a further 1,858 sq m (20,000 sq ft) of accommodation is being refurbished.
