St Modwen clinches another Coombs Wood deal

St Modwen Developments Ltd, the development subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has sold a 1,115 sq m (12,000 sq ft) industrial building on the 43-acre Coombs Wood Business Park, Halesowen, West Midlands, to Business Moves, a firm of office and computer movers and storers.

The building, which was pre-sold for £650,000, and due to be completed by October , is part of the latest 9,290 sq m (100,000 sq ft) phase of industrial and distribution space on the site where last year more than 11,148 sq m (120,000 sq ft) of space was let. Small business units and workshops totalling 3,112 sq m (33,500 sq ft) are being developed speculatively and attracting encouraging enquiries.

Coombs Wood is being developed by St Modwen in conjunction with Corus. Fuller Peiser is the agent for St Modwen.
